At Let's Get Lit, the goal is to insure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Most sales are final. If your order is received damage or unusable, please contact customer service at info@letsgetlitsoycandles.com. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
In order to receive a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased must be returned new, in unused condition with orginal packaging and accessories.
Retrurns are NOT accepted if candles have been lit. No returns because you are dissatisfied with scent after ordering.
It is the customers responsibility to pay return shipping charges.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
